Delmont01529ec942d3dadc44eb5d89f6fd4cc939ac378aOn July 24, 1977, the Atlanta Daily Worldreported on a conference at Howard University to discuss Regents of the University of California v. Bakke, a landmark case regarding affirmative action that the U.S. Supreme Court was scheduled to consider in fall 1977.
